History
After sharing office space for years, Dart Drouillard was formed in 1998 when David J. Dart and Christopher M. Drouillard merged their respective solo practices in Plymouth, Michigan. Dart Drouillard has employed six associate attorneys over the years. Former Dart Drouillard associates include a Michigan Court of Appeals attorney currently running his own successful local practice, a Florida lawyer running his own insurance defense firm in Tampa, and a Deputy County Clerk actively involved in local politics.

FAMILY LAW
Dart Drouillard obtained equal custody and equal parenting time of an infant son for a local father. When Dart Drouillard took over the case, the father had court ordered parenting time limiting him to several hours each Saturday with no overnights whatsoever.

CRIMINAL DEFENSE
Dart Drouillard won an acquittal for a Redford man falsely accused of aggravated assault following a day-long jury trial.
Federal District Judge suppressed illegally seized evidence and dismissed federal child pornography charges upon successful motion argued by Dart Drouillard attorney.
Dart Drouillard won an acquittal for a man falsely accused of criminal sexual conduct in a four-day jury trial and was able to obtain dismissal of two additional charges of criminal sexual conduct for the same client. This case necessitated the use of detailed expert psychological testimony about false memory in order to explain inaccurate allegations leveled by a child who was in close contact to motivated parties creating false allegations.
